Malware Removal Sites

If you suspect malware, you can go to these sites to ask for assistance to remove it.  Registration is required at these sites, but it is free, as is the help you receive, from didicated volunteer malware fighters.  BBUS DOES NOT assist anyone in removing malware, but instead provides this page for assistance. 

If you suspect Malware, Please Click the First Steps Button for information on how to proceed.  Follow all instructions in that thread EXACTLY as instructed.  Following the instructions carefully will save you time, and it will clean up 70 Percent of your malware problem.  If after you get all this done, and you still have problems, please follow the instructions for the site you select and post the logs that are requested.  please DO NOT post your log in more than one place, but DO follow the instructions of the Malware Removal specialist, doing exactly as instructed.  DO NOT attempt to remove anything yourself, as it could make it harder to remove the malware.
