Server Rules and Regulations   

Let me start by saying that BBUS is a dream I have had for a long time. Just as there are rules that govern what happens in your home, there are rules here that govern what happens at BBUS.  I hate to have to post rules and regulations, but these have to be posted to let people know what is allowed and what is not.  Usage of resouces and space on BBUS is a NOT a right, but a privlige that is given to those individuals who agree to use it as it is intended, rather then to use it for illegal, immoral, unethical or questionable activities.  People who wish to use BBUS in an appropriate manner will be welcomed here  - Those that do not will be shown the door.

INTENTED USE OF BBUS:

"Intended Use" Means any use that any person of rational and sound mind would consider appropriate for a "family oriented" website.  These uses may include sending and receiving of electrinic mail, constructing webpages, transferring files, etc.  Anything along these lines is acceptable, as long as performing these activites does not pose an adverse drain on the network or server or servers that are connected to it.

PROHIBITED ON BBUS:

Spamming, Transmission, receipt of or downloading of child pornography, Threatening or Harrasssing behavior, Hacking or Cracking user accounts or directories, or anything prohibited under Vermont Law.
